Conditions

These policies are agreed to upon booking and will be in place in every
circumstance.
Thank you for your understanding & support.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or amending
appointments to avoid any late cancellation fee charges.
100%of original treatment fee will be charged if notice is given within 48 hours of your appointment time or you fail to turn up to your appointment. I
understand that sometimes circumstances cannot be helped and in
exceptional circumstances, the cancellation policy will not be enforced. Failure to pay will prevent any future bookings.

I accept cash or bank transfer as forms of payment. If paying with cash, please
make sure to bring the exact amount as I do not have change available. If
transferring by BACS please be sure to make any payment before or during
your appointment. I can send over bank details prior to the appointment if
required.

Due to appointments running to a schedule on certain days, if you are running
late please do get in contact so that I can assess whether the appointment
needs to be rescheduled. A late cancellation fee may apply.

New clients now require a consultation. This enables me to be aware of any medical conditions or allergies which may affect your treatment. It also enables me to provide advice and guidance on a bespoke service and the use of products that will benefit you.
Please notify me of any changes on follow up appointments if relevant.

I will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to any items removed or
remaining on your person during treatment. I recommend leaving any items at home.

Gift vouchers are available to purchase for a service or amount. These are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. These are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Loyalty cards are given when you book another appointment. After four full
priced treatments you receive £5 off your fifth full-priced treatment.
